As the largest investment project of the Company, the first-phase capacity expansion and transformation project of the production base is an important measure for the Company to adjust the structure, transform the mode, improve the quality and increase the efficiency. 

      The first phase of the project consists of the reconstruction of the workshop and warehouse, which cover an area of 11,000 square meters in total. Since the commencement of the project at the end of 2018, all organizations participating in the construction have always carried forward the spirit of being able to bear any hardships to overcome any difficulties as well as the spirit of utter devotion of "day and night, seven hours a day" to adhere to a firm goal and a firm conviction of winning; meanwhile, they have also promoted the spirit of unity and cooperation and beard in mind the overall interests, and insisted on the scientific and realistic, rigorous and meticulous style of work to make every effort to promote the project construction. Thus, the main project has been completed in a short time and now the equipment installation is growing vigorously. 

      The Company also made the first step in a cautious and prudent manner. Since the equipment installation has gone into the critical period and the trial run has been carried out, the Company requires relevant organizations and personnel to seize every minute to install and debug the equipment, strictly and conscientiously implement the trial run, unswervingly control safety and quality, firmly establish the concept that "today's quality is tomorrow's safety and benefit", strengthen the output management, and not relax the quality supervision at the later stage of construction. For the trial run of the devices, the Company adheres to the principle of "self-centered, early participation, early planning", conscientiously organizes and meticulously prepares for production. At the same time, the construction organization must strictly follow the plan to do a good job in the completion period and arrange sufficient manpower and machinery in the work, especially in the installation and debugging of electricity and instrumentation; as well as in the cleaning of pipelines and equipment. As for the transportation guarantee work, the Company will do a good job in training and selects the skilled, moral, enterprising and responsible personnel to form the backbone of transportation guarantee, so as to ensure the rapid promotion in pre-trial run and trial run.
