The revamping and expanding project of the manufacturing base (Phase 1) of Hengmei Technology Grease Co., Ltd. with an annual production of 100,000 tons of lubricating grease acts as an important move for the company to adjust structure, shift growth pattern and improve quality and efficiency.

      The first phase of the project consists of the reconstruction of the workshop and warehouse, which cover an area of 11,000 square meters in total. Since the kicking-off at the end of 2018, all parties involved have overcome difficulties with a tough and brave spirit, spared no efforts to promote the construction and accomplished the principal part of the project by remaining committed to a firm goal and victory, giving rein to solidarity and cooperation with an overall picture in mind and adhering to a scientific attitude to seek truth in a rigorous and meticulous manner. The installation for rotary and static equipment and pipelines has basically ended at the moment with electric instrument setup hitting the peak. 

      The company also made the first step in a cautious and prudent manner. Hengmei required that all units and personnel concerned race to stress installation and commissioning, have test run with a strict and earnest attitude and focus on security and quality without any slackening, establishing the philosophy that quality today means security and benefit of tomorrow to strengthen the quality control. It is necessary to highlight production arrangements for test run and demand that parties in charge of construction ensure a good conclusion according to the plan and select highly skilled, morally good and strongly dedicated and responsible members to safeguard operation and be ready for the commissioning in both trial and real play.
